Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place white chocolate with cocnut oil and cream fraiche in a sauce pan and melt over hot water ( I used the micro )
  2. Stir in lemon zest, rum flavor, vanilla and powdered sugar
  3. Add ground almonds and ladyfingers and process or mix into a smooth mixture
  4. Let the mixture cool and while warm with wet hands, mold into small balls and then cool completley
  5. When firm, glaze with chocolate, add jimies if desired, place in paper cups and let choclate harden completely
  6. Yiedl depends on size of balls
