Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix Part I ingredients and store in refrigerator.
  2. Heat on low the sugar from Part II until melted. Mix in almonds to coat. Store in refrigerator.
  3. Combine Part III ingredients and store in refrigerator. (Can also use butter lettuce, spinach lettuce, etc.)
  4. Just before serving, mix Part I (salad oil) with lettuce mixture. Top with Part II (sugar coated almonds) and the mandarin oranges.
