Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 (3 oz) boxes orange jell-o
  • 2 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 (16 oz) container whipped topping
  • 1 (16 oz) container sour cream

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine sour cream and whipped topping (do not beat).
  2. Next, gradually add the boxes of orange jello and stir until completely disolved.
  3. Finally drain and fold in 1 1/2 cans of the mandarin oranges and use the remaining 1/2 can to decorate the top.
  4. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
