Mandarin Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup catsup

Directions:

  1. Brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil.
  2. Drain mandarin oranges, saving juice.
  3. Combine 1/2 cup juice with remaining ingredients; pour over pork chops.
  4. Pour oranges over all.
  5. Cover and simmer gently for 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
