Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown Beef with Onion in frying pan.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Add Chili Powder, mix well.
  4. Mix Salsa and Tomato Sauce well in small pot, heat thoroughly.
  5. Assemble Enchiladas with 1 heaping tablespoon Refried Beans and 2 tablespoons of meat mixture. Roll each Enchilada and place in baking pan with seam side down.
  6. After all are filled spread salsa mix on top.
  7. Top with Cheese.
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot.
