  • 1/2 cup madeira

Directions:

  1. Simmer Basic Brown Sauce in a medium saucepan 20 minutes or until sauce has been reduced to 1 cup. Add Madeira; continue cooking 5 minutes. Serve sauce hot with roast beef or steak.
