Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, egg, juice and rind.
  2. Fold into bisquick mixture and beat well for 30 seconds.
  3. Batter still may be lumpy.
  4. Add chopped nuts and cranberries.
  5. Bake in a well greased loaf pan in moderate oven at 350F for 1 hour.
  6. Slice and serve buttered or plain.
