Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook vermicelli in salted water until cooked and drain.

  3. ***NOTE:Macaroni can NOT be warm when mixed with other ingredients***.
  4. In LARGE bowl, break 10 eggs and beat them VERY, VERY lightly; just enough to break and mix them.
  5. Squeezing with your hand sufficiently will do.
  6. Add milk to eggs.
  7. In another bowl, mix cinnamon to sugar.
  8. ALWAYS mixing lightly, add EACH remaining ingredient to the eggs, except for the macaroni.
  9. ***NOTE: Need to make sure all ingredients are mixed well and sugar is dissolved for the most part.
  10. Drain the cooled macaroni well and add to mixture.
  11. Using your hands is probably best for mixing.
  12. Grease pan lightly.
  13. (PYREX/GLASS preferred) and dust with flour, tapping out excess.
  14. Bake at 350°F until JUST about firm.
  15. Raise to 400°F until FIRM and to lightly brown the top.
  16. NOTE: Overcooking will dry it out.
  17. Worth trying, yes, TRUE!
  18. HOPE you'll have a go at making it for YOUR family too!
