Directions:

  1. Potatoes, cut into 1 cubes boiled about 15 min, drain, cool
  2. Mix 1/2 plain greek yogurt with 1/2 mayo, 1T dijon mustard, 1T red wine vinegar
  3. Add 1-2 hard boiled eggs
  4. Pickle relish
  5. Shredded carrot
  6. Chopped green and red onion
  7. Celery chopped
  8. Mix together
