Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak mushrooms disguard stems
  2. In wok fry pork,onions,garlic cook 6 minutes on medium high heat
  3. Than add shrimp,mushrooms and chestnuts cook on medium,cook 2 more minutes.pour in soy sauce and let cool
  4. Lay 1 wrapper out put about 3-4 tspns mixture,seal with egg wash on edges and roll,repeat til all are done
  5. Fry in wok til light golden brown ,drain on paper towel or keep on rack in warm over til ready to eat
  6. Serve with thai sauce
