Ingredients:

  1. Bring a large skillet up to medium high heat and add non-stick cooking spray. Add onion and peppers, season, and cook until they begin to caramelize. Remove from heat.
  2. Spray the pan again with non-stick cooking spray and allow to come back to medium high heat. Add steak and season with salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Cook until steak is to desired doneness - about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Melt cheese on stove or microwave with the half and half. Stir frequently until it is smooth and melted.
  4. Toast or warm rolls, spread even amounts of cheese on each roll. Top with even amounts of onion/pepper mixture and steak.
