Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Warm oven to 170C and set a pan with boiling water on the bottom.
  2. Mix first 7 ingredients, flours and cocoa separately and then sift into wet mix.
  3. Melt chocolate and mix with next 5 ingredients and set aside.
  4. Whisk whites with sugar and lemon juice to soft peaks.
  5. Fold whites into brownie mix.
  6. Spread cheese mix on top.
  7. Bake 30 minute.
  8. Take out and let chill.
  9. Cut into 20.
