  1. In a small saucepan, heat peanut butter, apple sauce and brown sugar substitute.
  2. Add in vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Mix in oats and remove from heat.
  4. Spread in the bottom of a baking/casserole dish.
  5. Cool overnight and cut into bars.
