Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 325 degrees. grease and flour two loaf pans.
  2. Mix together wet ingredients and sugar.
  3. Mix together dry ingredients.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the sugar mixture gradually.
  5. Split mixture and add to loaf pans.
  6. Bake 60 to 70 minutes.
