Low Fat Cranberry Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  3. Bake in 9 x 5 loaf pan for 55 minutes.
