Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix toghether all batter ingredients.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with non fat pam spray, lay wax paper over top, and spray wax paper with non fat pam spray.
  3. Pour batter onto cookie sheet, and spread evenly.
  4. Cook in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
  5. Take out of oven when toothpick inserted into center of bread comes out clean.
  6. Place a dish towel over the top of pan and flip bread onto dish towel.
  7. Remove wax paper.
  8. Roll bread into the dish towel.
  9. Let cool.
  10. Combine filling ingredients together, and once bread is cooled, spread over entire bread.
  11. Roll together (without dish towel) and chill.
  12. Slice and eat!
