Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in bowl. heat skillet on med heat, spray pan with cooking spray or veg oil. make pancakes to desired size. 16 pancakes = .6 net carbs each pancake, whole recipe is 10 carbs.
