great pancakes for the low carb dieter with a mild coconut flavor
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. whisk all ingredients together in bowl. heat skillet on med heat, spray pan with cooking spray or veg oil. make pancakes to desired size. 16 pancakes = .6 net carbs each pancake, whole recipe is 10 carbs.
