Low-Cal Chocolate Rice Squares

Ingredients:

  • 3 (1 oz) hershey's special dark chocolate squares ( the larger squares from the 8 oz. bar)
  • 1/2 cup crumpled rice cake

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate in microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time until melted. Mix in rice cake mix cereal and stir until all cereal is coated. Scoop onto wax paper and put in refrigerator until cooled. Cut into squares.
