Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a Dutch oven, saute sausage and ham in oil until lightly browned.
  2. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the drippings, saute celery, onion, green pepper, green onions and garlic until tender.
  4. Add tomatoes, thyme, salt, pepper and cayenne; cook 5 minutes longer.
  5. Stir in broth, rice, water and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  7. Stir in sausage mixture and shrimp; heat through.
  8. Serve immediately.
