Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Mix everything but flour, then add flour. Pour into greased and floured baking pans. Bake at 350 until toothpick comes out clean
