Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Place lima beans in a steaming rack; place over boiling water and steam 20 minutes or until tender.
  2. Combine beans, half-and-half, butter, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
