Like That Sweet Curry Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp milk or 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar or 2 tbsp turbinado or 1 tbsp jaggery
  • 2 tsp curry powder, to taste (depending on the spiciness)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid and shake well.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Shake dressing well before serving.
  4. FYI: If the dressing is too thick, thin with a little bit more milk or water to desired consistency.
