Healthy Low fat - High Fiber Soup
Ingredients:
1 cup dry lentils
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp minced garlic
5 cups water
Directions:
1. prepare ingredients
2. mix in pot
3. bring to a boil
4. reduce heat to low
5. cover with lid tilted
6. cook for 25 minutes or until tender
7. pour half into blender a puree
8. mix puree back into pot
9. cool and serve
