Ingredients:

  • 1 medium. onion,chopped
  • 1 small cabbage,i pieces
  • 1 cup. tomato sauce or puree
  • 11/2 tsp. sugar
  • 11/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 cup. lentils

Directions:

  1. Saute onion,carrots and celery in oil 5 mins. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook 45-60 mins.
