Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed borwn sugar, divided
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; arrange in a 9 square baking pan. Place a lemon slice on the center of each chop. Top each lemon slice with 1 Tbsp brown sugar. Combine catsup and water, mixing well. Pour sauce around chops. Back, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hr or until tender.
