Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together the dry ingredients.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition.
  3. Stir in the crumbled lemon thyme.
  4. Form into a ball, place in a zip lock type plastic bag and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350*.
  6. Roll into 1 balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  7. Flatten slightly.
  8. Bake in a 350* oven for 10 minutes. Watch closely.
