Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 1/4 oz) box lemon cake mix
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp grated lemon , rind of

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Leave on cookie sheets for a minute or two and then cool completely on wire racks.
