Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir vinegar into milk.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy then beat in egg and peel.
  3. Sift together dry ingredients then add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
  4. Beat well after each addition.
  5. Drop from teaspoon 2 apart onto ungreased cookie sheet then bake at 350 for 14 minute.
  6. Combine sugar and lemon juice to make glaze.
  7. Remove cookies from oven and brush with glaze while warm.
