Lemon Soy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, mirin, 2 tablespoons water and bonito in small bowl.
  2. Let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Strain sauce through fine strainer; discard bonito shavings. (Can be made 4 hours ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature.).
