Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy nonaluminum saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened.
