Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan, stirring well. Gradually stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in lemon rind and lemon juice.
