Lemon Pepper Tiliapia With a Lemon-Wine Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brush fish with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
  2. Bake fish on 350 for 30 minutes.
  3. While fish is baking in a medium saucepan melt butter. add shallot and lemon zest and saute until tender.
  4. Add dill, lemon juice, wine, chicken bullion and simmer about fifteen minutes.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in water and mix into sauce.
  6. Simmer and stir about five minutes until sauce is slightly thickened.
  7. Drizzle sauce over warm fish.
