Ingredients:

  • 1 cup noodles
  • 1 cup lemon
  • 1 tbsp. chives
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

  1. Put pasta on to boil.
  2. Zest lemon.
  3. Slice lemon and place in a bowl with some of the hot pasta water.
  4. Drain pasta a little before it's done and add it to the lemon water to simmer over medium heat.
  5. Drain pasta again after a few minutes and stir in chopped chives, lemon zest and olive oil.
