Lemon Chive Butter (For Dipping Seafood)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives or 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small, heavy saucepan over low heat, melt butter; remove from heat.
  2. Stir in chives (or parsley) and lemon peel.
  3. Keep warm until serving in small, individual serving bowls.
