  1. Brush a 3 lb. broiler-fryer with 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake in 425* oven 45 minutes or until fork tender. Heat remaining ingredients over low heat in a saucepan. Beat in 3/4 cup of mayonnaise; serve over chicken.
