Lemon and Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Add everything except the oil in food processor bowl or blender. With it running, slowly drizzle in the oil.
  2. Serve immediately or place in glass container and refrigerate.
