LEFTOVER TURKEY CHOWDER

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes.
  3. Add water and potatoes; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir the milk into the gravy mix until smooth.
  6. Stir into saucepan.
  7. Add turkey, corn and sage; bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
