Lavender, Chamomile and Jasmine Tea

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp fine black loose tea (like a darjeeling)
  • 1 tbsp lavender buds
  • 1 tbsp chamomile flowers
  • 1 tbsp jasmine fresh edible flower

Directions:

  1. Blend together the loose black tea, lavender buds, chamomile flowers, and jasmine flowers.
  2. Store in a tin container. Makes a nice gift!
  3. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6-8 oz. of boiling water.
