Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Infuse loose tea into hot water for 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Strain tea into room temperature water.
  3. Sweeten with simple syrup if desired.
  4. For simple syrup:
  5. In a small non-reactive pot combine 5 cups of sugar and 3 cups of cold water.
  6. Slowly bring to a boil and add 6 sliced lemons and a few sprigs of fresh mint.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Allow to cool 10 minutes and strain.
