Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cloves (for 1 cup of tea )
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3/4 tsp tea leaves (or 1 teabag)

Directions:

  1. Put water in a pan on high heat.
  2. Crush cloves and add to the water.
  3. Wait till water starts boiling.
  4. Now lower the heat and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add tea leaves/ tea bag and let it boil for a few seconds on high heat again.
  6. Add milk and give one boil.
  7. Add sugar.
  8. Switch off the gas and cover the lid tightly.
  9. Let it stand for a minute and sip sip sip!
  10. Adjust milk and sugar as per your preferences!
