  1. Pre heat oven to 375.
  2. If your using 11 x 7 baking dish boil 9 noodles - 13 x 9 boil 12. while thats is going , start your ground turkey onion and garlic, about 10 minutes until no longer pink and drain. take meat off heat and add all of ricotta cheese and chilies, mix well. in small bowl pour all picante sauce and half of pasta sauce and stir. when noodles are done start to layer in baking dish, put small amount of sauce mixture in bottom of pan, then three noodles, then meat mixture, then mozzarella, then more sauce. repeat one more layer, then end with your top three noodles the rest of mozzarella and some sauce, then hit it with some grated parmesan cheese and cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. then remove foil bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
