Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Bake in pre-heated waffle iron.
