Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs lamb or goat
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp red pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Fry up masala using all vegetables
  2. Add spices
  3. Add meat
  4. Cook in pressure cooker till tender
