Ingredients:

  • 500 g carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp ghee

Directions:

  1. Mix the carrots and milk.
  2. Without covering with a lid high the micro for 15 minute.
  3. Again start after 5 minutes. add the sugar and mik it well .
  4. Withotu covering high the micro for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the ghee.mix it well and for 7 minutes again high the micro.
  6. Serve hot.
