Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp orange rind
  • 2/3 cup cake flour
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients beat until smooth.
  2. Use a piping bag to pipe 1/4 inch fingers on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minute Let cool.
