Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large or 3 small eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine first five ingredients and mix well, then add remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake for 15 minutes.
