Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in large pot over medium heat, drain fat. add vegetables including minced garlic cloves. saute 10 minutes. add rest of ingredients except pasta, simmer 2-3 hours. Cook pasta ( al dente) separately drain and add to soup. simmer 10 minutes longer. Spoon into bowls and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
