Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Cream the butter.
  2. Add the sugar.
  3. Add the beaten egg.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Sift hte flour.
  6. Baking powder baking soda and salttogether
  7. Add next
  8. Add raisins.
  9. Then oats.
  10. Drop from spoon on greased pan bake in moderate oven 350 degrees.
  11. No time is given so i will guess 10 minutes.
