Ingredients:

  • 8 (1 oz) envelopes knox gelatin
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 (12 oz) can frozen apple juice

Directions:

  1. Add gelatin to water. Bring almost to a boil. Stir in apple concentrate. Pour into flat baking dish. Serve cut in blocks, after it has been chilled and set up.
